6.6.\n\nApprove the Amendment\n\nConsideration of a Right-of-Way Use Agreement Between the City of\n\nIndustry and the Gateway Cities Council of Governments for the Gateway\n\nCities Regional Fiber Optic Network.\n\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n\n1) Approve the Agreement and 2)\n\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to administer the Agreement,\n\nincluding approving finalized plans and any other actions in connection with\n\nthe Agreement.
