A Consideration and possible action to conduct a public hearing to receive\ncomments on the HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Allocation\nPlan and adopt Resolution No. 23-10 – A Resolution approving the\nHOME-ARP Allocation Plan; authorizing the City Manager to submit the\nHOME-ARP Allocation Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban\nDevelopment (HUD).\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Open the public hearing; take documentary\nand testimonial evidence; and after considering the evidence, adopt Resolution\nNo. 23-10; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
