Sunflower Avenue Currently Undergoing Public Review\nand Entitlements Processing with the City\nDepartment(s): Planning and Building Agency\nRecommended Action: Adopt a resolution authorizing the Planning Division\nto initiate the preparation and drafting of findings and determination overruling\nthe County of Orange Airport Land Use Commission’s Determination of\nInconsistency associated with the proposed The Village Santa Ana Specific\nPlan located at 1561 W.
