Professional Services Agreement for Printing and Related Services for the “Mission\nViejo Life” Publication\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve the third amendment to the existing contract with\nWestamerica Communications for the period through June 30, 2023 to increase contract\namount by an amount not to exceed $23,750 for one issue of Mission Viejo Life; and (2)\nauthorize issuance of a purchase order to Westamerica Communications for the period\nthrough June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $23,750.
