Approve plans and specifications for the City-Wide Alleyway Resurfacing Project –\nProject No. P2605;\n2.\nAward a contract for the City-Wide Alleyway Resurfacing Project – Project No.\nP2605 to G.M. Sager Construction Co, Inc. as the lowest responsive and responsible\nbidder in the amount of $82,945 and authorize the City Manager to execute the\ncontract; and\n3.\nAuthorize a contingency amount of $8,294.50 (approximately 10%) to cover any\nunforeseen construction expenses.
