CC 5. Trash Enclosure Project – Covina Police Department – Project No. P2604 – Award of\nContract to FS Contractors, Inc. in the Amount of $113,000\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Approve plans and specifications for the Trash Enclosure Project – Covina Police\nDepartment – Project No. P2604;\n2.\nAward a contract for the Trash Enclosure Project – Covina Police Department –\nProject No. P2604 to FS Contractors, Inc. as the lowest responsive and responsible\nbidder in the amount of $113,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute the\ncontract;\n3.\nAuthorize a project contingency amount of $2,000 to cover the cost of unforeseen\nconstruction expenses; and\n4.\nAward a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) to CEJ Engineers, Inc for\nConstruction Management & Inspection Services for an amount not-to-exceed\n$35,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
