G. Accept Notice of Completion (NOC) of Lugo Park Soccer Field Rehabilitation Project – City Project\nNo: PRE-005 (page 57)\nPresented by the Senior Engineer\nRecommendation:\nThe City Council is requested to:\n1.\nAccept the completion of work performed by Byrom-Davey Inc. for\nthe Lugo Park Soccer Field Rehabilitation Project - PRE-005; and\n2.\nAuthorize City Manager to execute the Notice of Completion (NOC)\nand direct the City Clerk to file the NOC with the Los Angeles County\nRecorder’s Office; and\n3.\nAuthorize the release of the 5% retention to Byrom-Davey Inc. for a\ntotal of $50,152.66.
