Adoption of Resolution No. 25-40 Approving the Engineer’s Report, Confirming the Diagram and\nLevying the Annual Assessment to Maintain the City of Cudahy Street Lighting Assessment\nDistrict (page 65)\nJuly 15, 2025, at 6:30 P.M.\nPresented by the Assistant to the City Manager\nRecommendation:\nThe City Council is requested to:\n1.\nOpen the public hearing and receive comments; and\n2.\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-40 Approving the Engineer’s Report,\nConfirming the Diagram and Levying the Annual Assessment to\nMaintain the City of Cudahy Street Lighting Assessment District for\nFiscal Year (FY) 2025/2026; and\n3.\nDirect staff to forward Resolution No. 25-40 to the Los Angeles\nCounty Assessor before the August 10th deadline.
