Accept Notice of Completion (NOC) of Cudahy HSIP Cycle 7 Salt Lake Avenue Improvements,\nFederal Project No: HSIPL-5369(012) / City Project No: TRE-001 (page 61)\nPresented by the Senior Engineer\nRecommendation:\nThe City Council is requested to:\n1.\nAccept the completion of work performed by Elecnor Belco Electric,\nInc. for the Cudahy HSIP Cycle 7 Salt Lake Avenue Improvements,\nFederal Project No: HSIPL-5369(012) / City Project No: TRE-001; and\n2.\nAuthorize City Manager to execute the Notice of Completion (NOC)\nand direct the City Clerk to file the NOC with the Los Angeles County\nRecorder’s Office; and\n3.\nAuthorize the release of the 5% retention to Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc.
