6.\nAdopt Resolution No. 8709 for Street Vacation No. 198 - A request to vacate excess public\nright-of-way totaling approximately 6,850 square-feet in area, unimproved, and not in use for any\npublic or roadway purposes. The subject portion of right-of-way is located on the west side of\nWabash Avenue, approximately 110 feet northerly of East Sunset Drive North, and abutting\nAssessor's Parcel Numbers 0300-012-09-0100, 0300-012-10-0000, and 0176-481-08-0000. This\nproposal is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act Guidelines (Development Services Director Desatnik)
