3.7 APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT\nDOCUMENTS FOR THE TRUCK ROUTE REHABILITATION\n(SAND CANYON AVENUE REHABILITATION - BARRANCA\nPARKWAY TO PORTOLA PARKWAY)\nACTION:\n1) Approve a budget adjustment transferring a total of\n$1,500,000 from Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation fund to\nTruck Route Rehabilitation (Sand Canyon Avenue\nRehabilitation - Barranca Parkway to Portola Parkway) Capital\nImprovement Program project (CIP) 311902.\n2) Approve the construction plans, specifications, and contract\ndocuments for the Truck Route Rehabilitation (Sand Canyon\nAvenue Rehabilitation - Barranca Parkway to Portola Parkway)\nCIP 311902.\n3) Approve the Engineer's Estimate, Construction\nContingency, and Project Funding Summary.\n4) Authorize City Manager to execute project specific\nAddendum to the Master Reimbursement Agreement with\nIrvine Ranch Water District for installation and adjustment of\nfacilities within the project area.\n5) Authorize staff to solicit competitive bids and award the\nconstruction contract to the lowest responsive and responsible\nbidder in accordance with the City's purchasing policies and\nprocedures, within the approved project budget.\n3.7
