Approve the Community Services Department on­call short list for general\ncontractor services for as needed services for fiscal years 2025/26 through\n2030/31; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve future Master Agreements based on the\napproved on­call short list for general contractor services at the City’s\ndiscretion and contingent on availability of the corresponding budget.
