10.10\nAmended Fiscal Year 2025/2026 Senate Bill 1 List of Projects\n2. Adopt a resolution approving the filing of a grant application for the Land and\nWater Conservation Fund for the development of the Sun City Greenspace\nparcel located at the northwest corner of Portsmouth Drive and Roanoke Road;\nand\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager, or designee, as agent of the applicant\nto conduct all negotiations and execute all necessary agreements and other\ndocuments related to the grant.\n10.10\nAmended Fiscal Year 2025/2026 Senate Bill 1 List of Projects\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Adopt a resolution repealing and replacing Resolution No. 25­1575 and\napproving the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 list of projects funded by the Road Repair\nand Accountability Act of 2017 under Senate Bill 1; and\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director, or designee, to submit the required list of\nprojects and accompanying amended resolution to the California Transportation\nCommission (CTC).
