11.\nPublic Hearing and Adoption of Resolution No. 2025-021 “A Resolution of The City Council of\nThe City of Baldwin Park, California, Ordering the Annual Levy and Collection of Assessment\nAssociated with the Citywide Park Maintenance Assessment District for FY2025-2026, and\nAuthorizing the Los Angeles County Assessor to Add this Special Assessment to the Property\nTax Bills."\nIt is recommended that the City Council hold a Public Hearing and after considering testimony, adopt\nResolution No. 2025-021 entitled “A Resolution of The City Council of The City of Baldwin Park,\nCalifornia, Ordering the Annual Levy and Collection of Assessment Associated with the Citywide\nPark Maintenance Assessment District for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, and Authorizing the Los Angeles\nCounty Assessor to Add this Special Assessment to the Property Tax Bills.” and authorize the Director\nof Finance to make the necessary appropriation and budget adjustmetns.
