12.\nPublic Hearing and Adoption of Resolution No. 2025-022 “A Resolution of The City Council of\nThe City of Baldwin Park, California, Ordering the Annual Levy and Collection of Assessment\nAssociated with the Citywide Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance Assessment District for\nFY2025-2026, and Authorizing the Los Angeles County Assessor to Add this Special Assessment\nto the Property Tax Bills."\nIt is recommended that the City Council hold a Public Hearing and after considering testimony, adopt\nResolution No. 2025-022 entitled “A Resolution of The City Council of The City of Baldwin Park,\nCalifornia, Ordering the Annual Levy and Collection of Assessment Associated with the Citywide\nLandscaping and Lighting Maintenance Assessment District for FY2024-2025, and Authorizing the\nLos Angeles County Assessor to Add this Special Assessment to the Property Tax Bills” and authorize\nthe Director of Finance to make necessary appropriation budget adjustments.\nREPORTS OF OFFICERS
