13.\nApproval of an Amended Affordable Homeownership Expansion Program and Project Activities\nImplemented by the San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity.\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed reallocation of the funding source for the SGV Habitat’s projects on\n12779 Torch and 4428 Stewart from ARPA to General Fund; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to re-appropriate funding for these projects and make the\nnecessary budget and accounting adjustments; and\n3. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer and City Attorney to continue carrying out all\nsubsequent and needed actions to proceed with the SGV Habitat project, including approving\nreal estate purchase transactions, amending any and all documents and agreements required to\ncomplete the project, and executing any and all amended agreements and documents; and\n4. Approve the Addendum to the Inter-Agency Agreement between the City of Baldwin Park and\nPolice Department for the ARPA Obligation.
