7.\nAdopt Resolution No. 2025-023 Approving The Application For Cannabis Tax Fund Review And\nAuthorize Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026 California Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program (CTFGP)\nGrant Agreement\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-023 "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park\nApproving the Application for Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program Grant Funds".\n2. Review FY 2025-2026 CTFGP Grant Agreement and Project Description; and\n3. Provide any comments or feedback on the proposed grant agreement; and\n4. Authorize the Chief of Police to execute the Grant Agreement on behalf of the City; and\n5. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the appropriation and necessary budget adjustments.
