4.\nConsideration to Allocate Funds for the Implementation of Services for Families Impacted by\nImmigration and Customs Enforcement.\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $216,000 from the General Fund to\nimmediately implement services for families impacted by recent Immigration and Customs\nEnforcement actions, and to make the necessary budget adjustments; and\n2. Direct staff to prepare and submit a formal funding request to the Measure BP Stakeholders\nOversight Committee (SOC) for review and consideration; and\n3. Authorize the Interim Director of Recreation & Community Services to coordinate all\nelements associated with the Program.
