F1.\nConduct an Administrative Hearing for the Almond Street Improvement Project (Project), Consideration of a\nProfessional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. in the Amount of $252,005, Plus 10%\nContingency for Design and Construction Support Services for the Project, and Authorize the Purchase of\nEnvironmental Mitigation Credits in the Amount up to $200,000 from Soquel Mitigation Bank. This Project is\nExempt from the Requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15168 –\nProgram Environmental Impact Report, Section 15301– Existing Facilities, and Section 15303 – New\nConstruction or Conversion of Small Structures.
