6. Approve Use of the State of California 2025-2026 Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program\n(CTFGP)\nThe City Council will consider: (PD)\na. Authorizing utilization of the 2025-2026 Cannabis Tax fund Grant Program (“CTFGP”) Funds in\nthe amount of $100,000 for overtime and equipment;\nb. Amending the Fiscal Year 2025/26 Law Enforcement Grants Fund Budget by appropriating\n$16,000 for overtime salaries and $86,000 for equipment; and\nc.
