Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2021-92-CC, with General Pump Company, Inc.,\n(“Agreement”) to extend the term of the agreement for one year to continue providing on-call well\nmaintenance services on an as-needed basis, and to fully fund the cost of emergency repairs\nperformed on Well No. 24, in an amount not-to-exceed $150,000;\nb. Appropriating $50,000 to fund emergency repairs performed on Well No. 24; and\nc.
