N.\nA Resolution of the City Council of the City Of Fontana,\nCalifornia, Approving Amendment No. 2 to the Professional\nServices Agreement Between the City of Fontana and\nWater of Life Community Church for Homelessness\n25-0381\nServices\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-049, approving Amendment No. 2 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Water of Life Community Church\n(“CityLink”), which provides for an extension of the agreement for an\nadditional year, expands the scope of homelessness services, and\nincreases the total consideration to Six Hundred Thousand Dollars\n($600,000.00).\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all future amendments to the\nagreement with CityLink for Homeless Services.
