Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with Rubio Medina, Architect for Architectural Design Services\nfor the Metrolink Emergency Responder Substation Project in the amount\nof $455,190.00 (Request for Proposals DE-25-153-SP).\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute future individual\nProfessional Services Agreement Amendments not exceeding\n$100,000.00 for the Metrolink Emergency Responder Substation Project\n(Request for Proposals DE-25-153-SP).\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility agreements,\nutility easements, and any related items on behalf of the City of Fontana\nfor the Metrolink Emergency Responder Substation Project.
