Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional\nServices Agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for Design\nServices for the Pickleball Courts at Seville Park Project in the amount of\n$205,675.00 (Request for Proposals DE-24-138-SP).\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute future individual\nProfessional Services Agreement Amendments with Kimley-Horn and\nAssociates, Inc., not exceeding $20,000 for the Pickleball Courts at\nSeville Park Project (DE-24-138-SP).\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility agreements for\nthe Pickleball Courts at Seville Park Project.
