SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER\nSERVICES WITH BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF GARDEN GROVE\nThe attached Second Amendment to the Agreement for Family Resource Center\nServices would extend the term of the agreement for counseling services at the Family\nResource Center (FRC) with the Boys & Girls Club of Garden Grove through June 30,\n2025.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare that this item is not subject to the California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3); and\n2. Approve the Second Amendment to the Agreement for Family Resource Center\nServices with the Boys & Girls Club of Garden Grove; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to bind the City of Stanton and the Boys & Girls Club of\nGarden Grove in an amended agreement to provide counseling services.\nMarch 28, 2023
