Open the Public Hearing;\n2. Hear the Staff Report;\n3 Solicit public input on this item;\n4. City Council Discussion;\n5. Close the Public Hearing;\n6. Adopt Resolution No. 25-32 and declare the following Property as a Public\nNuisance: 18989 Gold Hill Drive (APN: 8735-030-003); and\n7. Authorize Staff to begin the “Public Nuisance Abatement” process, as\nprescribed in Walnut Municipal Code (WMC) Chapter 3.36 (Nuisance).
