3.a One-Year Pilot Program to Extend Time Limit at the Main Street Public Parking Lot and\nDesignate a 15-Minute Parking Space in Front of 109 W. Santa Fe Avenue\nFiscal Impact:\nThe fiscal impact is estimated to be approximately $1,000 which consists of Public Works\nMaintenance staff time to remove and replace the appropriate signage.\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Receive the staff report and consider City Council input; and\n2. Approve a one-year pilot program extending the time limit of the Main Street Public\nParking Lot from 4 hours to 8 hours; and\n3. Approve a one-year pilot program designating one 15-minute parking space in front of\n109 W. Santa Fe Avenue.\nCITY COUNCIL MEMBERS REQUESTS:\nCouncil Members may make requests or ask questions of Staff.
