LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH SANTA CLARITA VALLEY AUTOMOBILE\nDEALERS ASSOCIATION FOR THE SHOP LOCAL PROGRAM - City Council\nto consider the continuance of a public/private partnership agreement with the Santa\nClarita Valley Automobile Dealers Association for the Shop Local program.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Approve $70,000 for a public/private partnership with the Santa Clarita Automobile\nDealers Association for continuing the Shop Local program for Fiscal Year 2024-25,\nper the attached Letter of Agreement.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contract documents and up to\nfour annual renewal options, subject to City Attorney approval, not to exceed $70,000\nin each fiscal year, contingent upon the appropriation of funds by the City Council in\nthe annual budget for such fiscal year.\nPUBLIC PARTICIPATION\nThis time has been set aside for any speakers that have turned in speaker cards and were not\nheard in the first thirty minutes allotted to address the City Council on items that are NOT on the\nagenda.
