Convene Annual Meeting of Walnut Public Financing Authority - The Walnut\nImprovement Agency established the Walnut Public Financing Authority for the\npurpose of issuing bonds, and the Authority is required to hold an annual meeting.\nThe officers of the Authority are the same as the officers of the City Council.\nA.
