19. Update on the Establishment of a Sewer Reimbursement District for the\nCastlehill Drive and Slope Drive Neighborhood\nRecommendation: That the City Council abandon the establishment of the\nreduced scope Sewer Reimbursement District because only 38% of the twenty-\none impacted property owners responded in favor of the project.\nANNOUNCEMENTS (COUNCIL MEMBERS AND STAFF):\nA.
