Designation of Positions as Authorized Agents to Apply for Federal and State Financial\nAssistance\nRecommended Action: (1) Adopt Resolution 23-XX Authorizing Certain Positions to Act as\nAgents for the Purpose of Obtaining Federal Financial Assistance and/or State Financial\nAssistance for Federal Fiscal Year 2021 as part of the Emergency Management Performance\nGrant Program; (2) adopt Resolutions 23-XX Authorizing Certain Positions to Act as Agents\nfor the Purpose of Obtaining Federal Financial Assistance and/or State Financial Assistance\nfor Federal Fiscal Year 2022 as part of the Emergency Management Performance Grant\nProgram; and (3) adopt Resolution 23-XX a Universal Resolution Authorizing Certain\nPositions to Act as Agents for the Purpose of Obtaining Federal Financial Assistance and/or\nState Financial Assistance for a period of three years.
