ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 1267, AMENDING AND ADDING TO\nTHE MUNICIPAL CODE SECTIONS RELATED TO THE PENALTIES\nAND THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE CITY SEAL AND GRANTING\nTHE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORITY TO AMEND THE REGULATIONS BY\nRESOLUTION\nAt an adjourned regular City Council meeting held on Wednesday, May\n24, 2023, City Council waived first reading and introduced Ordinance No.\n1267, amending and adding to the municipal code sections related to the\npenalties and the unauthorized use of the city seal and granting the city\ncouncil authority to amend the regulations by resolution.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council waive second\nreading and adopt Ordinance No. 1267.
