Subsequent Report Regarding the Recommended Penalty Assessment and\nPermanent Revocation of 16 Unrestricted Private Ambulance and 6 Unrestricted\nNon-Ambulatory Gurney Vehicle Permits Held by Skori, Inc. dba West Coast\nAmbulance (Company ID#2482)\nADJOURNMENT - PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.7\nAgenda will be posted online and can be downloaded at least 72 hours prior to a\nmeeting from the Department of Transportation Website\nhttps://ladot.lacity.org/about/commissions or posted on the bulletin board located on the\n1st floor of City Hall East (Main Street Lobby).\nMembers of the public are invited to address the Board of Transportation\nCommissioners on any item on the agenda prior to action by the Board on that specific\nitem. Members of the public will be given an opportunity to address non-agenda items\nwithin this Board’s jurisdiction.\nA total of 10 minutes will be allotted, subject to time limits on individual items, as the\nPresident deems appropriate.\nWritten material supporting agenda items can be reviewed prior to each Board meeting\nat the Commission office, 100 S.
