4.9 Re-Advertisement of the Community Center and Sports Complex Site\nImprovements Project, CIP No. 237\nRecommendation: That the City Council: 1) Approve the plans and specifications\nand authorize the advertisement for bids for the Community Center and Sports\nComplex Site Improvements Project, CIP No. 237; 2) Allow the City Engineer to\nmake minor edits to the plans and specifications as necessary; and 3) Find that\nenvironmental review is not required under the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) pursuant to the California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3,\nSection 15301 as a Class 1 Categorical Exemption - “Existing Facilities.”
