A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTEREY PARK,\nCALIFORNIA DECLARING THE MONTH OF MARCH AS WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH, A\nNATIONAL CELEBRATION THAT HIGHLIGHTS THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF WOMEN TO\nEVENTS IN HISTORY AND CONTEMPORARY SOCIETY (REQUESTED BY MAYOR\nSANCHEZ)\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Adopting a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Monterey Park, California declaring\nthe month of March as Women’s History Month, a national celebration that highlights the\ncontributions of women to events in history and contemporary society; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\n[7.] FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS\n[8.] CLOSED SESSION (IF REQUIRED; CITY ATTORNEY TO ANNOUNCE)\nADJOURN
