FOR SEWER CCTV\nSERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Award a Professional Services Agreement (Contract No. 2409) to Willdan Engineering to\nprovide Sanitary Sewer Master Plan Development Services, in an amount not to exceed\n$261,238;\nb. Award a Professional Services Agreement (Contract No. 2410) to Premier Pipe, Inc. to\nprovide Sanitary Sewer Closed Circuit Television Services, in an amount not to exceed\n$247,871;\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute\nthe Agreements.
