26.\nSTREET EASEMENT: 1210 NORTH ATLANTIC BOULEVARD – F2M25-8, M2M25-120,\nD2M25-2036\nStaff requests that the City Council accept a street easement for the property located at\n1210 N. Atlantic Blvd. To provide for a new Americans with Disabilities Act ramp to be\nconstructed to standards in the City right of way and new driveway apron, the property at\n1210 N Atlantic Blvd. shall be rounded to a final 16’ radius. The sketch and legal\ndescription have been completed, and they have been reviewed and approved by the City\nEngineer.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council adopt Minute Order No. M2M25-120 as follows:\nRESOLVED by the Alhambra City Council as follows: This Council hereby\naccepts that certain Easement (Deed No. D2M25-2036) from IN-N-OUT\nBurgers, a California corporation granting to the City of Alhambra an\neasement for Public Street purposes real property in the City of Alhambra,\nCounty of Los Angeles, State of California, described in Exhibit “A” and as\nshown in Exhibit “B” of that certain Grant Deed attached to the Director of\nPublic Works and Utilities’ July 28, 2025 staff report and by this reference\nincorporated herein and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein;\nand, direct staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
