4.\nCONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION DISCUSSING\nENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES – F2M5-7, R2M25-29\nFEDERAL\nIMMIGRATION\nFollowing a robust discussion at the July 7, 2025 special meeting of the City Council, it\nwas requested staff bring back a resolution that revises the “Community’s Resolution,”\nwhich draft is based on legal review and ability to implement and includes the draft\nstatement “Supporting Alhambra’s Immigrant Community”. Changes to the “Community’s\nResolution” as well as a draft version of Resolution No. R2M25-29 are outlined in the July\n28, 2025 staff report by the Deputy City Manager.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council consider Resolution No. R2M25-29,\ndiscussing federal immigration enforcement activities, or other activities deemed\nappropriate.
