6.\nACCEPT DONATION: TILE MURAL – F2M25-12, M2M25-104\nThe Haas family had an accounting office located at 106 and 108 S. First Street, where\nthey conducted business for many years. During that time, they acquired a tile mural from\nMuralist Guillermo Wagner Granizo and displayed it in the office. Mr. Ken Haas would like\nto donate the art piece to the City of Alhambra. The new Community Center may be a\nsuitable placement for the tile mural.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council accept with gratitude a gift of an 8-foot by 5-foot\ntile mural, done by prominent California Tile Muralist Guillermo Wagner Granizo, depicting\nThe Alhambra in Granada, Spain from Ms. Tricia Haas and Mr. Ken Haas; and, direct staff\nto undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
