17.\nAUTHORIZE RFP: CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION\nINSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE CITYWIDE BUS STOP IMPROVEMENTS\nPROJECT – F2M21-68, RFP2M25-14\nOn March 10, 2025, the City Council authorized staff to distribute a Notice Inviting Bids for\nthe Citywide Bus Stop Improvements project. The project includes, but is not limited to,\nidentifying and designing for broken and off-grade sidewalk reconstruction, bus pad\ninstallation, street furniture upgrades, ADA compliance, and 85 bus shelter upgrades or\ninstallations. Pursuant to the project, staff is seeking to distribute a Request for Proposals\nfor Construction Management and Construction Inspection Services.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council authorize the distribution of a Request for\nProposals for Construction Management and Construction Inspection Services for the\nCitywide Bus Stop Improvements Project with proposals due no later than 4:00 p.m. on\nThursday, August 21, 2025.
