10.\nCONTRACT EXTENSION FOR PROFESSIONAL AUDIT SERVICES – F2M22-21,\nC2M22-13, M2M25-106\nOn March 28, 2022, the City Council awarded a contract to Moss, Levy & Hartzheim, LLP\nfor auditing services in an amount not to exceed $251,725, which included the cost of two\noptional one-year extensions. The contract term began on April 25, 2022 and expired on\nJune 30, 2025. Staff has been satisfied with the quality of services provided by Moss, Levy\n& Hartzheim, LLP and recommends exercising the two-year extension option at the\nagreed-upon annual rates.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council approve a two-year contract extension through\nJune 30, 2027, subject to final language approval by the City Manager and City Attorney,\nto the contract by and between the City of Alhambra and Moss, Levy & Hartzheim, LLP\n(Contract No. C2M22-13) for professional auditing services; and, direct staff to undertake\nthe steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
