11.3\nFiscal Year 2024-2025 Year End Cardroom Revenue Update\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil discuss, receive and file the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Cardroom\nRevenue update report.\nCONCLUSION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City Council\ndiscuss, receive and file the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Year End Cardroom\nrevenue update report. Staff recommends that the City consider the\nfollowing to address and monitor City Revenue:\n1. Continue to closely monitor card room revenue.\n2. Continue to work through the Cardroom JPA.\n3. Develop contingencies to address any long-term reductions in\ncard room revenues.\n4. Continue to develop additional revenue opportunities:\n• Consider .25% Sales Tax Ballot Measure (Estimated $1.3\nMillion per year).\n• Retain Cannabis (5 Development Agreements processed; 2\npending).\n• Potential sale of City Water System (RFP Scheduled August\n2025).\n•\nGeneral Fee Study (Aquatic Center Fee Study\nAugust/September 2025).\nFISCAL IMPACT: None.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 - FY 24-25 Year End Casino Revenue Update
