10.14\nConsideration of a Resolution Approving a Second\nAmendment to Professional Services Agreement with\nBowman Infrastructure Engineers Ltd for Municipal\nEngineering Services\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the City Manager\nto execute a Second Amendment to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Bowman Infrastructure Engineers Ltd for Municipal\nEngineering Services.\nCONCLUSION: Approving the Second Amendment would approve\nBowman’s rate adjustment request, effective July 1, 2025, and annual\nrate adjustments for the duration of the contract term equal to the\npercentage change in the CPI for the region or five percent (5%),\nwhichever is greater.\nFISCAL IMPACT: Funding for municipal engineering services is\navailable in the City’s FY 2025/2026 operating and capital\nimprovement budget.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 - Resolution 2025-73\nExhibit 2 - Second Amendment
