Variance No. 2023-05 at 19171 Mesa Drive.\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\nAdopt Resolution No. 2023-3572, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nVilla Park approving Variance No. 2023-05 to:\n1. Find that the project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Control Act (CEQA), per Section 15303, New\nConstruction or Conversion of Small Structures, Class 3; and\n2. Approve Variance No. 2023-05, subject to the Conditions of Approval provided\nin Exhibit “A” of Resolution 2023-3572\nCONSENT CALENDAR (ITEMS # 6 – 10)\nAll items on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are enacted by one motion\napproving the recommended action listed on the Agenda. Any member of the City\nCouncil, staff or the public may request an item be removed from the Consent Calendar\nfor discussion or separate action. Unless otherwise specified in the request to remove an\nitem from the Consent Calendar, all items removed shall be considered immediately\nfollowing action on the remaining items on the Consent Calendar.
