8.\nAdopt a Resolution Authorizing the Acceptance of Measure A Funds to Administer the\nHomeless Incentive Program (HIP) and Amendment of the FY 2025-26 Operating Budget\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRegular Meeting Agenda\nAugust 4, 2025\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-94 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF $93,645\nIN MEASURE A FUNDS TO ADMINISTER THE HOMELESS INCENTIVE\nPROGRAM (HIP) AND AMENDMENT OF THE FY 2025-26 OPERATING BUDGET\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute all agreements, amendments and any other\ndocumentation requested for acceptance of the award, subject to approval as to form\nby the City Attorney.
