7.\nAdopt a Resolution to Accept Tri-City Mental Health Services Act Funding for Hope for\nHome Crisis Shelter Operations and Amend FY 25-26 Operating Budget to Include\nCarryover Funds\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-86 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF\n$1,943,625 IN MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ACT FUNDING FROM TRI CITY\nMENTAL HEALTH CENTER TO OPERATE 71 CRISIS SHELTER BEDS AT THE\nHOPE FOR HOME HOMELESS SERVICES CENTER (H4H), CARRYING OVER\n$381,465 FROM FY 2024-25 TO FY 2025-26, AND INCREASING REVENUE\nESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY THE SAME AMOUNT\n2) Approve the third amendment to the Tri-City Mental Health revenue/grant agreement.\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute all agreements, amendments, and any other\ndocumentation requested for acceptance of the award, distribution of the funding and\noperation of the Hope for Home Crisis Housing Program, subject to approval as to\nform by the City Attorney.
