19.\nPublic Hearing - Draft 2025 Water Quality Public Health Goals Report\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Conduct a public hearing to accept comments to the attached Draft 2025 Water\nQuality Public Health Goals Report; and,\n2) Upon the conclusion of the public hearing, direct staff to incorporate appropriate\ncomments received into the Final 2025 Water Quality Public Health Goals report.
