10) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE CITY’S 2025 CROSS-CONNECTION CONTROL PLAN AND ADOPT\nA RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CONTROL PLAN AS REQUIRED BY THE STATE WATER\nRESOURCES CONTROL BOARD\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve the City’s 2025 Cross-Connection Control Plan; and\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8400 adopting the City’s Cross Connection Plan as required by the\nState Water Resources Control Board to ensure the protection of the public potable water\nsupply from the risk of contamination or pollution due to cross connections.
