9)\nCONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SENATE BILL 1: THE ROAD REPAIR\nAND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017 FUNDS AND APPROVING THE PROJECT LIST FOR FISCAL\nYEAR 2025-2026\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Accept $640,000 in Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Senate Bill 1: The Road Repair and Accountability\nAct of 2017 Funds and approve the proposed project list to be funded by the SB 1 Local\nStreets and Roads Program;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8399 accepting $640,000 in SB 1 funds and approving the list of\nprojects for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 totaling $600,000; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to submit all required documents to the California\nTransportation Commission.
