8)\nCONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH UNIVERSITY OF\nCALIFORNIA LOS ANGELES HEALTHY EARLY HEAD START PROGRAM TO PROVIDE SUPPORT IN\nSCHOOL READINESS AND QUALITY SERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Contract Services Agreement with University of California Los Angeles Health\nEarly Head Start Program (Contract No. 2408) to provide individualized support in school\nreadiness, health, resources, and quality services for infant, toddlers, pregnant women, and\ntheir families, free of costs to San Fernando residents and other participants; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute all\nrelated documents.
